Dubs Aren't That Bad

Honestly...some people act like English dubs are the worst thing to ever exist. Some even claim it's a 'sin' to watch them now that's ridiculous. If you don't like dubs and prefer subs hey that's okay with me, I'm cool with that: But I cannot respect you if you go around bashing dub lovers calling us names and all that crap, just because we like dubs.

True there are bad dubs out there...mainly anything that 4Kids dubs because they change the entire plot line of a series but on topic here. FUNImation, Ani-Plex or whatever you call it, Viz etc pretty much stay true to the original Japanese version in my opinion. Yeah some of the dialogue is changed like for example if a character says this:

Character in Japanese: "The world may be destroyed by tomorrow."

Character in English: "The world may come to an end by tomorrow."

Is there really much of a difference? Does it change the ENTIRE plot line for changing some of the dialogue? No. I can name a lot of good dubs I've seen right off the top of my head.

and many more that I've seen. *sighs* Really this dub vs sub war...it's pointless. Anyway the point of this stamp? Not all dubs are terrible and you shouldn't pick on anybody for liking dubs or subs because that's what causes fights and bullying. A few years ago, I've been bullied for liking dubs, just for stating my opinion: Would you like it if someone picked on you for liking subs? No I bet you wouldn't. I know dub fans can be mean to, it goes both ways but still..
